Initiate Your Request
Log into your Miss A account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Products
Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned beauty products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
